special product including defining performance criteria, environmental conditions, and any unique
features needed.
Conducting feasibility studies to assess the technical and economic viability of developing the special
product including evaluating different design concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes to
determine the best approach.
Investigating and selecting advanced materials, components, and technologies that can be used to
achieve the desired product performance including exploring new alloys, composites, coatings, or
electronic systems.
Using engineering analysis and simulation tools to optimize the product design including ensuring that
the product meets structural requirements while minimizing cost and maximizing manufacturability.
Working closely with related teams, including design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and
marketing, to ensure that the product meets all technical and commercial objectives.
Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to incorporate their feedback into
the product design.
Staying informed about the latest advancements in engineering, materials science, and manufacturing
technologies. Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the product development
process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or applied art.- Minimum of 3‐5 years of experience in facade engineering or equivalent construction fields- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.- Full knowledge of standard codes ECP 201- ECP 205- ECP 203 SBC 301 ASCE 7- Bs 8118-BS1999-AAMA- Euro, and American codes related to facade design.
