As CFO, you will define and drive the company's financial strategy and success. You will oversee financial operations, manage risks, and ensure compliance while collaborating with the executive team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management, recommending actions based on financial data.
- Investment Advising: Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and financial decisions.
- Financial Health: Maintain and enhance the financial health of the organization through effective management of financial resources.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and performance against business plans. Develop trends and projections for future financial performance.
- Cost Management: Conduct reviews and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Department Oversight: Lead the finance department, setting goals, objectives, and a framework to achieve them. Ensure the team operates effectively and aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of the company’s budget.
- Compliance and Governance: Consult with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Safeguard company assets through robust financial practices.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to discuss company plans and agree on future strategies.
- Financial Forecasting: Responsible for forecasting the organization’s financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams and advising the chairman and board on strategic direction.
- Risk Management: Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and future investments.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively coordinate with banks, board of director, suppliers, and other financial relationships.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance; MSc/MBA is a plus.Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a CFO role or Act as CFO.Manufacturing background preferred.CMA and IFRS certification required; CFA is a plus.Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and financial management software.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
