Duties and Tasks
- Study and prepare the Tender file (Technically and financially).
- Perform Quantity Survey and Prepare all data for surveying.
- Analysis all Items & prices and estimating the projects.
- Get and Follow up the suppliers' offers and the subcontractors.
- Prepare the Technical and Financial proposals.
- Prepare and review the shop drawings and its technical specifications.
- Review the biding file financially and technically.
- Review the proposed schedule for projects under study.
- Issue Database for the Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Issue and update Database include the prices from the suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Bachelor of Mechanical /Electrical EngineeringWork Experience From 3 to 5 years of related Experience.Excellent knowledge in facility or construction elements breakdown anddetails.Facility or Construction background.Excellent Arabic Language.Very Good English Language.Excellent working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD
