1. Quotation and Submittal Preparation:
- Prepare quotations for ductwork, dampers, louvers, and sound attenuators for customers in different regions (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Oman) using ERP systems and Costing sheets.
- Create OERs (Order Evaluation Requests) for inquiries without a Purchase Order.
- Prepare Order Acknowledgements.
- Generate Sales Orders for all products in ERP systems.
- Prepare submittals, including acoustic calculations and schedules
2. Technical Support and Sales Assistance:
- Provide technical assistance to clients when required.
- Assist the Sales Team with selections, technical support, and follow-up on quotations.
- Prepare quotations, compliance statements, and technical submittals for ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes and sound attenuators.
3. Quantity Verification and Reporting:
- Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.
- Provide approximate values for each OPR in the ERP.
- Create OPRs for ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes and sound attenuators.
4. Client Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, both through emails and phone calls.
- Assist clients with their orders, deliveries, and required project documents.
- Acknowledge client feedback and relay it to the team leader and management.
5. Order and Project Management:
- Handle client and internal documentation efficiently.
- Ensure that client and project deadlines are met.
- Monitor order processing requests and manage incoming drawing requests.
- Prepare AutoCAD Tag Drawings and tag lists for various stages of production.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication and closed coordination with Finance, Production, and Logistics departments.
- Collaborate with senior management regarding costing approvals for big projects.
- Collaborate with the Operations Head on quality issues and technical feedback.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, engineering, business administration, or related field.Experience from 0 to 2 years.Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis and report writing.The ability to work under pressure.Fluency in English will be preferred.
