Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associateHands on experience with ERP and CRM systemsProficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsBS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
