Our primary focus of IT Support Specialist is working in an IT Support position and  ensuring that a company’s employees can use software and hardware to complete their daily tasks with a high definition  of easy accessibility and full support.

providing technical assistance and support to end-users and internal teams ,ensure smooth IT operations and resolving technical problems promptly, 

* Follow-up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end user’s satisfaction.

* Keep record of problems and their solutions 

* Provide quick resolution and excellent interpersonal skills

 


 Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant fieldHigh-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applicationsStrong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple languageDemonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logsAnalytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issuesTime management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frameMultitasking skills to assist multiple employees at onceObservational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problemsCustomer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkersMaintain quality supporting system to the employees and support the operation team to achieve their tasks correctly.Managing user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.Collaborating with the IT team to implement IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of IT operationsExperience in VOIP system is preferredExperience in ERP systems
