Project Management:
- Assist the project manager in overall project management.
- Provide administrative support to teachers and students.
- Convert business requirements into project tasks.
- Implement and oversee monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Establish and monitor project schedules.
- Coordinate meetings between stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between various parties.
- Prepare project reports.
Day-to-Day Implementation:
- Coordinate project implementation.
- Supervise project staff, consultants, and experts.
- Respond to other priorities and tasks as needed.
Capacity Building:
- Support staff mentoring programs.
- Focus on project management techniques, logical frameworks, and lessons learned.
Facilities Management:
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational impact.
- Delegate project tasks based on staff strengths.
- Liaise with concerned departments for timely implementation.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in project management and leading teams.Knowledge:Understanding of TVET sector and labor market trends.Knowledge of development concepts, methodologies, and techniques.Understanding of project implementation and operations.Skills:Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Networking, influencing, and interpersonal skills.Planning, organization, time management, and coordination skills.Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.Proficiency in MS Office.Abilities:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Planning and forecasting skills.Tracking and monitoring skills.
