Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager is a key marketing leadership role within KFC and overall Americana Restaurants organization. This role involves the leadership of the KFC Brand strategy and end-to-end execution of both short and long-term objectives.
Lead the marketing operations in close partnership with market-level cross functional team (Operations, Revenue management, Technology, Legal & compliance). Develop tailored execution plans to address the brand & store-level challenges in the market.
Responsibilities
- Deliver brand business objectives in terms of market share, transaction growth, sales volume and profit growth.
- Initiate propose, supervise execution, monitor and evaluate campaigns and activities – Cluster, Market & Store-level.
- Conduct a continuous review of the brand’s performance and identify the tactics and strategies to adjust on the short and long term
- Collect and analyses competitor information in order to facilitate marketing strategies/plan.
- Conceptualize, lead and control to produce high quality, consumer appealing and effective social, print & other advertisements that in line with KFC brand positioning with help from the chosen advertising agency.
- Improve & enhance QSR consumers’ perception of KFC versus other QSR competitors through excellent, meaningful, value added, and other brand & consumer relevant activities.
- Engage with team and varied stakeholders across the organization to understand needs, capture ideas, and help the organization be creative, thoughtful, and effective around marketing efforts.
Strategic (results)
- Partner with the MENA Regional team on the product & innovation calendar and to influence and shape the future innovation for the local consumer & customer.
- Responsible for deep understanding of the local consumers & to ensure that every decision made has our consumer’s needs at heart.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a business-related function
- MBA is a plus
Experience
- 7-8 years of marketing experience with brand management background

- Language Skills: Fluent English & Arabic
- IT Skills: Excellent MS Office.
