Technical Office Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
  • Study and assess drawings, plans, bills of quantities (BOQ) specifications and other documents relating to projects.
  • Determine a budget, project schedules, scope of work and Manage deliverables on time.
  • Collaborate and interact with Executive Engineers, architects.
  • Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
  • Managing relationships in projects with all department.
  • Managing subcontractors’/suppliers’ database.
  • Reviewing and negotiating ’suppliers’ proposals.
  • Reporting regularly on project progress to project manager.
  • Assess the project and its requirements.
  • Cost and risk assessment. 

  • Qualifications


    ·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.

    ·         4-5years of experience.

    ·        Familiarity with project management

    ·        Basic knowledge in Professional conditions, specifications, assets and standards in accordance with Egyptian law.

    ·        Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Revit, AutoCAD).

    ·        Proficient typing and editing skills
