Duties and responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
- Study and assess drawings, plans, bills of quantities (BOQ) specifications and other documents relating to projects.
- Determine a budget, project schedules, scope of work and Manage deliverables on time.
- Collaborate and interact with Executive Engineers, architects.
- Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
- Managing relationships in projects with all department.
- Managing subcontractors’/suppliers’ database.
- Reviewing and negotiating ’suppliers’ proposals.
- Reporting regularly on project progress to project manager.
- Assess the project and its requirements.
- Cost and risk assessment.
Qualifications
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
· 4-5years of experience.
· Familiarity with project management
· Basic knowledge in Professional conditions, specifications, assets and standards in accordance with Egyptian law.
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Revit, AutoCAD).
· Proficient typing and editing skills
