Job Description:

Project Manager [Interior] 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a specialization in finishing projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and overseeing finishing projects, particularly in commercial settings such as hotels and other government projects

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct all activities related to finishing projects, ensuring they are executed according to specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with other project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Address and resolve any technical issues or project-related challenges promptly.

Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Ensure that all materials and equipment meet project requirements and standards.

Collaborate with the procurement team to secure necessary materials.

Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Fine Arts or Applied Arts.

8+ years of experience as a project management, with a focus on finishing projects.

Proven experience working on commercial projects, particularly hotels and government projects.

Strong understanding of construction and finishing processes.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).

Conditions:

Must have no issues with traveling outside of Cairo.
