Role Purpose

Workflow Systems Tech Sr. analyst is responsible of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and testing Network and IT business requirements, processes, and workflows, he/she will operate and support systems, implement proactive alarms and automations to enhance operational excellence and customer experience.

Role Profile

  • Operating in-scope Systems (24/7) along with the team.
  • Automating solutions to enhance operational day to day
  • Full implementation of complex business requirement’s rules and workflows
  • Manage business users and vendors to ensure the needed requirements are implemented.

Competencies and Qualifications

•    Experience in IT domain
•    Good knowledge of IT development and technologies
•    Excellent technical and Analytical skills
•    Excellent Analytical skills
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Telecom experience is a plus
•    Robotics tools development is a plus
•    Working under pressure
•    Fast learner
•    Self-dependent
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written mainly in English 
•    B.SC of Computer science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems

Mandatory IT Skills
•   Very Good SQL & PL-SQL
•   UNIX/LINUX Fundamentals.
•   Any Language from following (C++, C#, Python, Java, PHP, VisualBasic).

Nice to Have IT Skills
•   Oracle certifications
•   ITIL certification
•   Cloud/Containerization/Kubernetes Certifications.
