  • Sales Coordination with agents for new project sales
  • Monitoring Sales process with agents for resales and primary sales
  • Marketing for RE/MAX Dynamics Branding and Properties of new projects through available media
  • Property buyer lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.
  • Interview clients and prepare presentation for to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase  agreements
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions and remax.com.eg.
  • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
  • Accompany buyers during visits to Developers Offices.
