What you’ll do
Role purpose:
• Fixed Wireless Access network quality assurance and customer experience Sr. Analyst lead role to develop FWA network quality indices and performance measurements for home wireless customers. Maintain VF-EG leadership position in fixed market, drive insights and smart care solutions.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Develop quality indices and performance measurements for VF-EG fixed wireless access customers
• Develop Insights and Data analytics for fixed wireless access routers
• Develop FWA Network Smart Care use cases in alignment with the customer care frontline empowerment strategy.
• FWA Network competitive analysis to maintain VF-EG leadership position in fixed market.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication industry mainly mobile domain
• Strong knowledge in mobile/fixed networks main elements (Switches, Routers, 4G/5G Networks)
• Strong knowledge in fixed network CPE parameters and Home Wireless Technologies
• Good knowledge in Wi-Fi networks design and optimization
• Very good knowledge of IP networks and transport connectivity solutions (XDSL, MW, Fiber, Satellite, etc.)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• B.SC. in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of Mobile Radio Networks
• Problem solving and decision-making ability
• Vendor management ability
• Full Stack Development knowledge is a plus
• DB administration knowledge is a plus
