- As a Collection Operations Executive you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of global debts on behalf of global clients.
- Managing relationship with our partner collection agencies globally, where you will be responsible to assign/allocate to them cases and follow up on their performance.
- Monthly evaluation of partners.
- Identification of new partners.
- Prepare periodical reports for our clients on the development of their cases assigned to CBC.
- Prepare periodical analytical reports on the debt portfolio to provide to CBC top management.
Bachelor's degree holder is a MUST. Excellent up to Fluent English language both written and verbally is a MUST. 2 to 6 years of experience in the same role.Experience in dealing with external collection agencies. Multi-tasking and ability to manage complicated tasks under strict deadlines. Analytical skills, Attention to details, excellent negotiation skills. Excellent reporting skills. Understanding of legal framework is a plus.
