Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry.
• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, account management, and partner management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in cloud technologies, SaaS, and other digital solutions.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Social Selling, or similar fields are a plus.
• Recognized for achieving high sales performance and operational excellence.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast sales performance, and make data decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
