- Preparing project master schedule and performing necessary updates.
- Monitoring, Updates, and delay analysis of the schedule and preparing areas of concern & change register.
- Work with all dep. to prepare the Project Risk Management Plan, regularly updating the Risk Register & Risk Assessment Matrix.
- Preparing schedule performance measurement reports, dashboards, forecasts, and studies.
- Reviewing extension of Claims and preparing delay analysis for EOT claims assessment.
- Reviewing & tracking action and recovery plans for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.

Educational QualificationsBSC degree in engineering, civil or architecture Certificates such as PMP, SP are plusExperience6-8 years in real estate & construction firms-Extensive experience in construction planning, project budgeting, Project evaluation and financial aspects of construction projectsTechnical SkillsContract, Computers skills (Proficient in Primavera P6 , Power BI ,office & Auto CAD) Presentation skills.CompetenciesStrong critical thinking skills, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
