- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Requirements:
• Fluent English speakers (B2-C1 level)
• University graduates only
• Maximum age: 45 years

• 5 working days, 2 days off
• Rotational shifts
• Job locations: 6th of October and Maadi

Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar roleExperience in sales or customer service positions is a plusKnowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)Familiarity with interactive learning activitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsBSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant fieldAdditional certification in training is a plus
