Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Karnak Real Estate Developments.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, communication, sales, and overall marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Work with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, Google Ads, GDN, and traditional media.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand exposure.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.
Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in real estate industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
