- Proven work experience as a Front desk or Reception.
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. Scanners and Printers)
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Perform with Sales team & Managers.
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office tasks.Female only.Bachelor's Degree.English is a a-must.Knowledge of front office operations and procedures.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, Real Estate is plus.
