  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage and respond to email communications efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications:Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in payroll management, including creating and processing payroll accurately and efficiently. Skilled in invoicing, with a track record of creating and managing invoices.Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.Capable of working with minimal supervision, showing initiative and self-direction.Skills: Proficient in Excel with a strong ability to manage data and perform complex functions.Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software and systemsStrong critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions.Highly adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic work settings.Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
