Job Title: QA Tester (Mobile Apps and Front-End Automation)

Location: [Egypt]

Overview: We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with a strong background in testing mobile applications and front-end automation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Test mobile applications across various platforms (iOS, Android) to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) for mobile applications.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify software defects and usability issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Design and implement automated tests for front-end applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Maintain and improve automated test suites for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide QA insights and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a QA Tester specifically focused on mobile applications and front-end automation.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, XCTest, Espresso).
• Experience in using tools like datadog will be advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of mobile app security testing practices.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
