As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client portfolio, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio and across assigned territories.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
Client Retention & Satisfaction:
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are getting maximum value from our products/services.
- Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies.
- Partner with the development team to provide feedback and insights from clients.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
