Role Purpose:


As the Sourcing Lead for _VOIS Egypt TA team, your role involves overseeing the sourcing operations. You will lead a team of sources and collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Leads to create a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. Your key areas of focus include driving: regional sourcing strategy, efficient utilization of sourcing channels, requisition load management, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through sourcing efforts. Additionally, you will personally handle sourcing for senior and complex roles.

 

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

 


1.    Sourcing Strategy Development:
o    Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
o    Identify target talent pools, channels, and platforms for effective sourcing.
o    Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends and organizational needs.

2.    Optimal Use of Sourcing Channels:
o    Leverage various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates.
o    Monitor channel effectiveness and adjust sourcing efforts accordingly.
o    Explore innovative sourcing methods to stay ahead in the competitive talent landscape.

3.    Requisition Load Management:
o    Prioritize and distribute requisitions among the sourcing team.
o    Ensure timely and efficient handling of open positions.
o    Monitor requisition progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

4.    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Sourcing:
o    Champion DEI initiatives within the sourcing process.
o    Collaborate with the DEI team to attract diverse talent.
o    Implement inclusive sourcing practices to enhance representation.

5.    Senior and Complex Role Sourcing:
o    Personally engage in sourcing for senior-level and specialized positions.
o    Conduct targeted searches, engage passive candidates, and build strong pipelines.
o    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly.

6.    Team Leadership and Development:
o    Lead, mentor, and motivate the sourcing team.
o    Provide guidance on best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
o    Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:


•    Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition for 4+ years
•    Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles.
•    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
•    Knowledge of regional talent markets and industry-specific sourcing challenges.
