- update the organization chart, workflow chart, job analysis, and job descriptions.
- To support specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework.
- Consult, Create and implement with Management and other leadership to identify OD programs to support organization goals.
- Lead employee engagement activities.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals
- Develop & implement and design Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objectives
- Monitoring the status changes (promotions, transfers, resignations, retirements etc...), provide required reports as per budgeted FTEs &Manpower Planning Policy
- Support in HR restructuring project including full revision & analyses of HR systems, policies, procedures, detect deficiency areas, provide proper solutions
- Develop & update HR Policies & procedures in light of law, regulations & HR best practices
Bachelor Degree in human resources or a related field.Passionate in HR preferred HR certificate Holders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to learn and develop.Healthcare experience is preferable.
