About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative's role is to identify Customer's needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met while meeting the Customer's expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


 


Excellent command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written skills.Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
