Sales and Business Development

Position Purpose:

Increase company revenue by upselling and cross-selling the company services to existing clients, sourcing new clients, and handling the sales process with them. Target clients are birthdays, corporates, schools, universities, and individual customers.   

Responsibilities:

  1. Create an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcoming and professional attitude to customers and answering their queries over the phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, emails, and face-to-face.
  2. Explain our activities and service in a friendly professional. Inform the customer about our prices.
  3. Present and sell the company services to birthdays, corporate team building, and school trips, as well as walk-in customers.
  4. Prepare presentations and customized solutions using Canva.
  5. Understand customer needs and negotiate the financial side of the deal.
  6. Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity and track them on the Odoo ERP system.
  7. Search for new business opportunities and make deals that will help increase the company's revenue.
  8. It is highly preferred that the candidate be present in the venue in King Mariout to network with the customers and generate new leads by building good customer relationships with them

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time job so our salesperson should not do any part-time or freelancing jobs besides our job.
  • 50% of the time spent in this job can be from home (given the home is quiet, has excellent mobile signal and fast internet).
  • The other 50% is outdoor sales visits like meeting an HR in a company, Trips organizer in a school or attend our marketing sponsored event in a sports club. Plus be present in the venue to network with the customers and easily generate new business and sales opportunities like Birthday for school students. 
  • The salesperson will have to choose one day off not Thursday or Friday; preferably Monday or Tuesday.
  • Although we have flexible working hours but our work usually starts at 10 am and doesn’t exceed 200 hours per month.
