Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

•    Monitor the implementation of Vodafone health & safety policies and procedures for all Technology department field activities.
•    Assessment of risk for all operational activities from safety, quality and security point of views, and propose mitigation plan.
•    Conduct audit visits to ensure that all contractors are complying with VFE safety requirements.
•    Coordinate and support all stakeholders to review activities and ensure safety compliance.
•    Lead the safety controls and procedures for the assigned projects and report the safety performance on monthly basis.
•    Responsible to govern the quality and safety standards in VFE Network sites.
•    Participate in developing the network sites base line physical security standards on yearly basis.
•    Govern the implementation of VFE network sites security standards.
•    Ensure and supervise that VFE Health and Safety absolute rules are applied within area of responsibility.
•    Field visits for H&S, quality and technical audit for VFE vendors/contractors.
•    Govern the implementation of physical security standards in VFE sites.
•    Reporting & communicating the safety performance.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

•    Min 3 years in technical audit or governance position related to field operations.
•    Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
•    Excellent knowledge in safety and security requirements, policies and procedures under VFE technical guidelines.

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

•    BSC of Engineering with Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction projects / Mobile GSM Business 
•    Project Management
•    ISO45001.
•    OSHA
•    Excellent MS office skills.
•    Good command of English language.
•    Analytical and creative thinking. Well organized, co-operative.
