- Sales Operations Expertise:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasting models.
- Manage and optimize sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making by the sales team and leadership.
- Maintain a deep understanding of herbal product lines and their market landscape.
- Responsible for SOP monthly meeting preparation and weekly stock review to handle all channels volume planning and analysis identifying Gaps in Performance.
- Analytical Prowess:
- Develop and maintain efficient sales processes and workflows, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Utilize data analysis tools (ERP) to extract, interpret, and forecast sales data(Sales – Inventory).
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales performance.
- Identify and recommend sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor sales team achievements on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with the sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and communication.
Clearly communicate complex data analysis and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience: From 3 to 5 years in sales operations or a similar roleExperience in using Sales BuzzSkills and Abilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (Excel – PPT – PI)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
