As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating revenue through selling products or services to corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and approaching potential corporate clients to promote and sell the company's services, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Building strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Participating in preparing persuasive sales materials, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's services.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to close the deals while maximizing profitability.
- Maintaining accurate records of the sales activities and prepare sales reports for management.
- Participate in providing exceptional customer experience by addressing any issues or concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in sales.Experience in corporate salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques.Experience in Real Estate is preferred
