- Develop marketing strategies aligned with the Marketing Team's strategy.
- Develop and implement channel strategies for the categories.
- Integrate shopper, customer, and channel insights to support category growth.
- Identify key issues and opportunities by channel.
- Act as the key liaison between Marketing and Sales.
- Develop trade plans aligned with Brand & Channel plans; track business results and create corrective plans as needed.
- Cultivate programs to ensure products sell in-store.
- Play a key role in the S&OP process and short-term forecasting.
- Responsible for the current month's plan and achieving set targets.
- Manage the Trade Term Structure (TTS) budget, including TPR and PPR.
- Oversee point-of-sales materials, including budget, logistics, distribution, and assortment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and affordability in the market.
