You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate with the internal department
- Facilitating communication between our clients and the company's departments.
- Perform any administrative tasks to ensure compliance with the general policy.
- Arrange incoming calls, e-mails & any other corresponding.
- Sorting the filing system & Backup for the company`s data.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Dealing efficiently with phone calls – emails ..etc.
Minimum 2 years’ experience.Creative, multitasking.Teamwork and time management with the capability of prioritizing tasks. Good verbal and written communication skills.Experience in using spreadsheets & MS office.Ability for problem-solving.
