- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Exception Group’s brands that align with the company’s overall objectives and drive business growth.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels for Exception Patissier, Exception Pizza, and Exception Café. Maintain and enhance the brands’ market presence and customer perception.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and traditional media. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and seasonal promotions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and communication.
- Drive the company’s digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and online advertising. Enhance online presence and customer engagement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
- Work closely with the sales, quality, production, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Build strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, media, and vendors.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including KPIs, ROI, and customer insights, to the executive team. Use data-driven analysis to make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within Retail/FMCG industry.Giza or 6th October Resident.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
