- Coordinate with external suppliers to achieve the required design of new molds according to product specifications whether locally or foreign and spare parts manufacturing also.
- Mange the periodic dies maintenance process.
- Mange the preventive maintenance (PM) program for all molds whether sheet metal or plastic injection.
- Manage dies maintenance leaders and their performance and supplying spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Mange the process of manufacturing new dies & Jigs inside the shop work.
- Coordinate with production and planning department the ways of failure notification to schedule repairing without stopping the production line for long-time and giving working orders for dies sections
- Following all working techniques and instructions according to quality programs requirements Analysis dies failures, diagnosing its causes and solving with suitable technique.
- Implement technical specifications for all spare part needed to be purchased and contact the manufacturing workshop for manufacturing spare parts with special specifications.
- Coordinate with the local purchasing dept.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.10-15 years of experience in molds and dies maintenance, with a strong background in both sheet metal and plastic injection molds.Proven experience in coordinating with external suppliers and managing maintenance teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues efficiently.Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with different departments.Proficiency in technical specifications and preventive maintenance programs.Preferred Candidates:Experience in industrial establishments is highly preferred.
