Tasks and Responsibilities

1) Preparing plans and operating programs for all plastic injection and blowing machines and supporting/secondary equipment (such as plastic crushers and air compressors) and submitting them for approval to the Plastics Department Manager.

2) Managing the daily production process and all related activities.

3) Experience in installing molds (blowing) and injection on machines and determining the parameters of polyethylene and polypropylene injection and blowing machines.

4) Following up on the implementation of work orders according to the plan approved by the Sales Manager.

5) Preparing production reports containing operating and stopping rates and optimal performance rates of machines and analyzing operating conditions.

6) Monitor and analyze scrap rates and any deviation from expected production rates.

7) Follow up on malfunctions during operation and suggest solutions for them.

8) Implement and follow up on periodic preventive maintenance procedures for all machines.

9) Create a database for each machine separately, including a breakdown record, maintenance expenses, and spare parts used.

10) Allocate daily manpower to various jobs on production lines and solve any problems in increasing worker attendance.

11) Evaluate operator performance.

12) Provide supervisors and technicians with the necessary information to raise their technical and administrative efficiency.

13) Ensure that health and safety standards, industrial safety instructions, and occupational safety are strictly followed.

14) Assist in preparing reports and drawings for new molds, follow up on raw material inventory, and ensure that purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.

15) Technical and administrative supervision of subordinates, follow up on their performance and achievements, and review training program proposals to raise their knowledge and develop their capabilities.

16) Continuous supervision of equipment and devices to work on increasing the factory's production capacity, and develop advanced plans to increase production according to quality standards.

17) Approving purchase orders before submitting them to the General Manager.

 18) Submitting reports and developing plans in cooperation with the factory work team.

19) Focus on implementing and developing occupational safety and health procedures, securing their requirements, and approving rescue, evacuation and first aid plans in cooperation with the Quality, Safety and Occupational Health Department.

20) Determine the size of work and labor, determine equipment and human resource needs, and anticipate future needs.

21) Approve production plans and programs and ensure that the product conforms to international standard specifications.

22) Coordinate with relevant departments to secure raw materials.

23) Supervise the qualification of the production line, and ensure the stability of the final product specifications.

24) Approve the periodic work plan from warehouses to determine the required quantities of raw materials.

25) Emphasize the inspection of incoming raw materials and ensure that they conform to specifications.

26) Prepare reports and submit them to senior management.

27) Receive weekly reports from all factory directorates and departments, discuss them with them, and give appropriate instructions, orders and directives that ensure the smooth running of work in the factory.

Authorities and Authorities:1- Chairing the factory meetings.2- Supervising all departments in the factory, and giving the necessary instructions to ensure the workflow.3- Issuing all instructions and orders related to the factory and informing the General Manager of them in weekly reports.4- Approving the factory's needs for the necessary materials, equipment and work tools before submitting them to the General Manager.5- Approving the factory's needs for human resources, and following up on their provision in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.6- Approving the factory's annual labor plan in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.7- Proposing requests for urgent human resources needs that were not included in the annual plan and submitting them to the General Manager.8- Interviewing the human resources nominated to work in the factory, expressing his opinion and submitting it to the General Manager.9- Review the organizational structures of the factory.-10- Review the job descriptions11- Approve the disbursement of advances and grants to the factory employees, provided that the maximum amount (determined according to the company's internal regulations), and the total amount of the advances (determined according to the company's internal regulations).12- Propose shift times in the factory and present them to the General Manager.13- Approve the promotions of workers in job levels, according to a study prepared by the Human Resources Department.14- Grant bonuses according to the incentives and rewards system approved in the company.15- Approving the training needs of factory workers in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.16- Approving the training entities that will train factory workers, and reviewing the evaluation results after the end of the training course.17- Supervising the introduction of factory workers to the modern technology used in the factory.18- Proposing the recruitment of experts for the General Manager and organizing their work in the factory.19- Approving the transfer of any factory worker.20- Signing the vacations of factory directors.21- Approving administrative penalties and deductions for factory employees, provided that they are within the stipulated legal regulations.22- Proposing the termination of the contract of any factory worker during the probationary period based on his evaluation by the Human Resources Department.23- Approving the resignations or final dismissal of factory employees before submitting them to the General Manager.24- Reviewing the results of the evaluation conducted by the Human Resources Department for factory employees.25- Reviewing the complaints and suggestions of factory employees periodically, and directing as necessary.26- Reviewing the salaries of factory workers and proposing raising their salaries.27- Determining the storage locations for the product in case the warehouses are not sufficient to accommodate the finished product.28- Reviewing the evaluation and follow-up of suppliers.29- Approving the testing of raw materials and approving them after testing on the production line.30- Approving the regulations for raw materials for the finished product.31- Approving the replacement of spare parts or purchasing them if they are not available in the company's warehouses before submitting them to the General Manager.32- Approving the technical extensions for the factory facilities.33- Approving all periodic expenses related to work in the factory before submitting them to the General Manager.34- Approving rescue, evacuation and first aid plans in cooperation with the Quality, Safety and Occupational Health Department.35- Approving requests to purchase industrial safety clothing and tools and first aid tools.36- Approving purchase requests before submitting them to the General Manager.37- Receive weekly reports from all directorates and departments of the factory and submit them to the General Manager, and issue the necessary instructions and orders to ensure the smooth running of work.38- Receive monthly plans for each directorate and department in the factory, discuss them with them, and give appropriate instructions, orders and directives that ensure the smooth running of work in the factory.Academic qualifications:- University degree Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
