- Maintain accurate attendance and overtime records for daily laborers and employees.
- Handle personnel forms for resignations, transfers, and other movements in the site, communicating with other site administrators.
- Resolve conflicts and report incidents that require further investigation to the HR team.
- Record all types of leaves, including annual, sick, and missions, and obtain medical approvals for sick leaves.
- Communicate probation evaluation forms with Managers, collect employee signed contracts and maintain records of employee document expiry dates of all staff in the site.
- Collect and reconcile transportation tickets for expatriate employees with leave dates to facilitate reimbursement.
- Monitor missions' departures and arrivals to ensure objectives are accomplished.
- Coordinate housing requirements for expatriates, including search, rental terms, maintenance, and reporting.
