- Safety Supervision: Oversee safety procedures during loading, unloading, and storage operations, ensuring strict compliance.
- Lifting Operations: Ensure safe equipment use during lifting, implement lifting plans, and inspect all heavy equipment.
- Worker Safety: Monitor worker behavior, enforce safety rules, and provide training as needed.
- Incident Management: Handle accidents and emergencies, administer first aid, and complete reports.
- Risk Assessment: Regularly analyze risks and propose preventive measures for operations.
- Department Coordination: Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Procedure Improvement: Develop and suggest new safety procedures based on international standards.
Port Said residents only.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or any relevant discipline is preferred.Extensive experience in loading, lifting, and heavy transport operations, with a preference for port environments.Proven supervisory experience with excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills under pressure.Certified in OSHA, NEBOSH, Firefighting, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
