About the job:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related issues.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
- Develop and prepare job descriptions, Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company's outreach, and accelerate the growth of the company.
- Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding and to end the recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company
Requirements:1+ year of experience.Good written and spoken English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Passion for social media.Commitment to achieving goals.High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
