- Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction tendering. This ensures the company remains competitive in the market and adopts the latest methodologies, technologies, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare Subcontractor set “drawing, B.O.Q, spec” & follow up & Compare their quotations.
- Determinate the indirect cost & overhead of the tender project.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/architecture / Landscape Engineering with strong experience in the same field.Proven experience in tendering and bidding for construction projects, preferably in a senior role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using software applications related to construction estimation and tendering, such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized tendering software.Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to construction tendering.
