Purpose of the position:
The Medical and Training Manager is responsible for the design and development of plan and based on knowledge of the disease area and science to meet regulatory and company strategy targets. Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and governance bodies to translate strategy into objectives and action plans. Participate in Medco - marketing, team training / development and communication activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To Identify training needs for the organization in the levels of Technical, Soft and Management skills.
- To develop training manuals that cover company product therapeutic areas.
- To prepare professional training plan that cover all training Gaps and matching with company strategic objective.
- To prepare Individualized Development plan for employees based on company strategic objective, performance appraisal and succession planning.
- To prepare annual training budget
- To implement the approved training plan (In-house and outsourced) within the approved budget.
- To measure the retention and skills gained from and their impact on work efficiency.
- To develop Integrated Multichannel Marketing strategy able to reach all company target market segments and suggest the appropriate budget.
- To develop the most effective marketing program channel to achieve target sales.
- To assist partners in the execution of channel marketing program in the most effective way.
- To participate and support marketing activities including trade shows and online advertising campaigns.
- To prepare the product launch programs including sales training and other marketing events for partners and customers in collaboration with the marketing team
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of different channel marketing programs and take corrective measures when needed.
- To ensure implementation of marketing programs within approved budget.
- To be updated with different market trends, competitor activities, similar market approaches and market opportunities and to adapt plans and approaches accordingly.
- To suggest and recommend Sales Promotion Campaigns that lead to more market penetration and turnover.

- KOL decisions makers and Hospitals committee in the universities, army, private Hospitals and MOH.
- STIO Sales and marketing team.
- Private hospitals.
- Pharmacy chains and private pharmacy.
Requirements and qualifications:Preferable Previous working experience in hospitals & institutions as university hospital for 3-5 yearsStrong track record in developing and executing successful training programs.Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.Organizational and time management skills.Strategic and creative mindset.Bsc. in Pharmacy
