Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of Mahjoz. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand our customer base.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales targets. Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the senior management team. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
