Sales Account Manager ( Valves & Process Equipment )

We are recruiting for a Egyptian company representing the European & International brands for mechanical equipment's seeking to hire a person for positions:

1- Process equipment's  Account Sales Manager.

( Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Certificate )

2- Control Valves Account Sales Manager.

(Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Certificate )

Positions reporting to Sales Director

  • Building network of contacts to help collecting market info
  • Setting individual sales targets (with the sales team – when available).
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team – when available.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of sales staff – when available.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Following the ales process starting from being an opportunity till receiving the payments from the client.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Registering our agencies at the main clients in the shortest possible time.
  • Use the contacts network to follow the plan of main clients for renewing/revamping/new installation to be ready to participate on those activities
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
  • Prepare reporting as needed
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Establish a friendly and professional contact with all clients
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts

 

Work conditions:

Friday off

9 am to 5 pm

 


QUALIFICATIONS. Engineering Certificate Chemical / Mechanical OR Electrical · Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in control vales sales and knowledge of technology.· Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.· Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate· Professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.· Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.· At least 4-6+ years’ experience in Valves’ sales or Process Equipment· Having excellent relations with major clients in Egypt like Enppi, Petrojet, Sumed, all Fertilizers companies, power stations, ..etc.· Very familiar with the PQ and Registration for new valves with above mentioned companies· Having driving license & have his own car· Excellent in English
