Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Supervision: Oversee and coordinate landscape work, ensuring it meets design specifications and quality standards. Work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Basement Finishing Supervision: Supervise basement finishing work, coordinating with different contractors and consultants to ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the project team to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Technical Office Support: Utilize knowledge of shop drawings and materials to provide technical support on-site. Ensure that all technical aspects of the project are accurately documented and communicated.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, cost, or quality. Implement solutions that minimize disruptions and maintain project progress.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting any potential risks or issues and providing recommendations for resolution.
