Job DescriptionOnboarding Support: Prepare new hire paperwork set up employee files  and coordinate orientation.Recruitment Assistance: Post job ads  screen resumes and schedule interviews.HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.Training Coordination: Schedule training sessions and maintain training records.Employee Relations: Provide support for employee inquiries and engagement initiatives.Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements and assist with compliance audits.General Admin Support: Manage calendars organize meetings  and handle HR correspondence.Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in an HR role internship or student Activities. 

Skills:

Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel  PowerPoint).High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
