The aim of the Brand Manager's position is to achieve targeted KPIs and ROI from the operation of the international brand/s he/ she is responsible for. To reach this goal, the brand manger's broad responsibilities are as follows:
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts for the brand/s he/she is managing.
- Prepare detailed annual OTB divided by season.
- Attend buying conferences abroad to select the seasonal collections in accordance with brand/s direction taking into consideration local preferences.
- Communicate with logistics team to prepare for payment and shipping.
- Price shipment upon release in accordance with average set markup and sales forecast plans.
- Set monthly sales targets by store.
- Set merchandise distribution plan to stores.
- Conduct product knowledge training to achieve high UPT, ATV, and heights sell through percentage before ESS.
- Communicate with marketing team to implement marketing plan according to brand/s regulations.
- Closely follow up on sales performance.
- Plan promotions and ESS
- Follow up on competitors' activities.
- Keep constant communication with franchisor.
- Operations, VM managers, and marketing executive will report to brand manager assisting him/her in reaching set goals.
- The brand manager will work closely with logistics, project management, marketing, IT, and internal auditing teams.
- The brand manager will maintain good relations with mall management.
Degree in business, marketing, or related field.Previous experience in operating or managing an international fashion brand (for three years at least). Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized and performs well under pressure.Budget management skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Cairo resident
