- Creation of new servers and VMs as needed.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange email servers, including user account configuration, group management, and security policy enforcement.

- Retention of unified documentation/procedures for executing daily operations.

- Configuration of systems upon request and ensuring their protection.
