  • Daily Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Team Management: Guide, manage, and train employees to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
  • Sales Targets Achievement: Implement strategies to increase sales and achieve specified targets.
    Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with related Departments to ensure product availability.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve issues and complaints.
  • Performance Analysis: Review periodic reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Execute promotional and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
    Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
