- Supervise and monitor the softscape and irrigation activities and take the corrective action.
- Prepare the update reports on maintenance work in coordination with Related Departments.
- Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourced technicians/maintenance staff are adequately utilizing the softscape and irrigation systems.
- Ensure that softscape and irrigation staff follow appropriate safety and security guidelines at all times Monitor acquisition and use of materials.
- Solve problems related to the softscape and irrigation network.
- Ensure that all work performed is of a suitable and acceptable quality.
- Ensure that watering, agriculture and irrigation systems are compatible with the softscape design.
Proven work experience as a Landscaper Laborer or similar roleMust be able to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmersStrong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenanceHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsGood stamina and physical health to work outdoors for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
