- Handles recruitment process (Blue Collars) to ensure manpower requests are fulfilled in timely manner.
- Handles personnel procedures including managing attendance, payroll.
- Handles onboarding process of new hires.
- Manage all process for new employees, transfers, and resignations.
- Handles employee relations.
