- Responsible for the design and analysis of the mechanical system (including drainage – Plumbing – firefighting, ventilation, HVAC and gas).
- Insuring the integration of mechanical systems with overall Projects designs.
- Delivering high quality mechanical solutions for multi-story buildings.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certificationProficiency in mechanical design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Elite, FireCAD).Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit).Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.Experience in energy modeling and simulation.Knowledge of advanced HVAC systems and technologiesStrong knowledge of mechanical codes and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC).Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent project management and organizational skills
