Job Description
· · Prepare shop drawings and coordinate with different disciplines for the projects.
· Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
· Study and prepare requests for information for various projects.
· Prepare and Review projects invoices.
· Review design drawings and ensure that there are no conflicts between different departments.
· Follow up with the client to receive the drawings' approval before issuance for construction.
· Prepare and follow up materials submittals and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure that materials are available on-site before starting activities.
· Follow up with suppliers to ensure pricing the items on time.
· Prepare BOQ.
· Prepare project’s closing documents (QS, invoices, as built…).
· Track and prepare break downs for variation orders.
